If training courses were that good there would be no mentors and no management issues. Right?”.<br /><br />So true, Unfortunately so many firms think that by sending inexperienced employees on training course they are then fully qualified. Expecting them to perform like an experienced person.<br /><br />Crazy really, you’d think that lessons would have been learned. I once was given two new project managers to run projects on a programme.
